Mathew Verdouw of Market Analyst International has written a great white paper on the use of (sector or security) weights on Relative Rotation Graphs and how to use that combination to get additional insight in market structure and finding candidates for over- and under-performance within a (closed) universe.
Needless to say that he has built all the tools to run these types of analysis into Market Analyst v7.
The white paper is attached and we welcome any comments here in the forum. If you are not a MA user (yet) you can sign up for a trial at the attached URL and see for yourself.
