Hi,

I recently came across RRG during my summer internship and I think it is brilliant.

As a project I am trying to create one model myself for CNX Nifty and its different sectors. For inputs, I have thought of taking the ratio of the closing prices of different sectors and nifty as Jdk RS Ratio and for Jdk RS Momentum I am using the formula

M = V - Vx, where V is the closing price and Vx is the price before x days (which I am taking as 10)

So I was wondering if the method followed is correct. Also, for momentum calculation generally how many days are taken. Do you have any other suggestion and guidance for the formulas needed ?

Thanks & Regards
