The answer is a straightforward YES!
Both blogs, RRG-free and RRG-pro, offer you the possibility to 'subscribe' to them.
If you go to one of the blogs you will notice a number of 'subscription' possibilities. The first attached picture shows the RRG-free blog.
Against the top you will find 'subscribe to blog' in the red oval next to the email icon. When you click this link a confirmation dialog will pop up (see second picture). Once you click the subscribe button you will receive an email notification that a fresh blog entry in either RRG-free OR RRG-pro has been posted.
Just below the description of the blog-category you will find a link that allows you to subscribe to this blog category only (RRG-free or RRG-pro). Once you click this link a confirmation dialog will show up for a subscription to the specific category (see third picture attached).
Instead of subscribing via email you can also use the RSS feeds to pull the updates into your RSS reader.
